Weekly Rate: $1150

Summer/Fall - June Thru November:

Daily Rate: $150
Weekly Rate: $1000

Terms:

Your reservation will be maintained for 7 days pending receipt of your deposit. Deposit due is $300, or Total Due (whichever is less).

The balance owed on your reservation is due 60 days before your arrival. You have until 90 days before the arrival date to cancel and have your deposit refunded. If you cancel within the 60-day period, a 3-day penalty will be assessed. Your reserved unit is reliable, but not guaranteed. All rates are subject to change.

There is one-time cleanup fee of $120 and there is also a damage deposit of $200 which is refundable if the unit is left without any damage. All rates are subject to Hawaii Excise Tax and Hawaii Room Tax of 11.41%.
